[Wikimediaindia-l] COIL : Are " foreigners " deleting Wikipedia's India content?

Actually we should note the following:

- The article is sensationally titled.
- It quotes an active wikipedian to make that assertion..


So the question IMHO are:
 - Is that a perception some wikipedians carry.
-  If so why? What could we do to change that impression?
 - Or were they misquoted?
