[Wikimediaindia-l] Tamil Wikipedia crosses the 25, 000 article mark

Congrats to Tamil wiki community for their hard work.

And Tamil Wikipedia happens to be the 4th Indian language Wikipedia to cross
the 25,000 article milestone.
