[Wikimediaindia-l] International Year of Chemistry - 2011 - Improve Chemistry articles on Wikipedia

hi,

In 2009 being the International Year of Astronomy, I began editing some of
the astronomical observatories in India on Wikipedia. 2011 is the
International Year of Chemistry (IYC-2011) and I hope we can do something
along those lines for articles on Chemistry as well.

IYC-2011 is being organised by IUPAC (remember all those IUPAC names you had
to by-heart in your Chemistry classes?) and the UNESCO. You can find out

If any of you have an inclination towards Chemistry or edit Chemistry
articles on Wikipedia, do let us know ideas for how we can also encourage
IYC-2011.
