The "quote" is also the vision of the Wikimedia Foundation, so I think
it makes sense either to use it or to have something else which is the
official vision of the chapter.

"Wikimedia Australia: Knowledge for all Australians" seems way too
narrow. If Australians are creating knowledge, the point is to share
it with anyone, not just Australians.
