Defining the purpose of a wiki would be a good start. I think many
people still don't realise that they themselves can edit a wiki, and
that it's the whole point of it all. There are errors and graffiti,
yes, but instead of complaining about inaccuracy it's encouraged for
people to fix it themselves.

Also, the logos don't contrast very well with the blue backgrounds,
and I suggest sticking it on white.
