[Wikimediaau-l] Chapter/SoP update

While committee is sending the heavies to break few arms, collect membership
dues etc dont forget setting the date of the AGM, then we can get into the
serious business of organising PR people and campaign managers sending out
media releases and most importantly whitewashing our wikiarticles.
