[Wikimedia-l] Who will host Wikimedia Conference 2014? Bidding process is open!

Hi all,

Thank you Lodewijk for the positive feedback. :-)

Apologies for not informing the community here. The India chapter will also
participate in the bid. Please find it here:

did consider many metropolitan cities like Mumbai and Delhi, but the
availability didn't actually work out. Goa worked out the best, as we felt
that it might be better to occupy every participant at a single place and
still at a competitive quote.
