[Wikimedia-l] How to force to enable Visual Editor

Under Preferences > Editing > "Enable VisualEditor (only in the
main<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Main_namespace>
 and user <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:User_namespace>
 namespaces)"

will do it iirc.
