hi Nicole,

thank you for the correction, and many apologies that a lack of prompt
communication from the side of the FDC and FDC staff  has resulted in some
misunderstanding in this area. I think I am not the only one in the FDC,
who at some point would love to see the deliberations take place in the
same time as our movement events, preferably even as a rule (and, in fact,
I hope we'll be able to coordinate better in 2015). This time it seems that
the schedule is not very favorable and we most likely will hold our
deliberations in May.
