Hi Victor, great initiative with a huge impact multiplier :)

Regarding identifying specific language needs you might get some good
intel connecting with groups doing work on the ground like School to
School International (Africa, in french and portuguese speaking
countries), Children International or even Unesco's Global Education
Initiative, the Global Partnership for Education or the World Bank.
Happy to facilitate conversations there.
