[Wikimedia-l] Announcing the Wikimedia Iconathon 2013

	The Wikimedia Foundation is partnering with the Noun Project[1] to do a public service "Iconathon." The goal of this event is to generate 30-40 icons for the public domain, with the intent of primarily using them on Wikimedia Foundation projects. The event is open to the public in an effort to bring talented designers and civic-minded individuals into the process. The event will be held on April 6, 2013 at the Wikimedia Foundation headquarters in San Francisco.

	All icons will be released under a public domain license.
