[Wikimedia-l] [wca] Council chair election closes today

Hi all,

the election of the WCA Council chair will close today at midnight UTC 
which is in three hours. Up to now, we only have four votes. In order to 
have a successful election, we need at least 12 votes. Please put your 
votes onto the list or do at least indicate your abstention.
