Just a note for all of you: you should mention in the E-mail message
referencing the talk, what the talk is all about in a paragraph or two - you
can easily copy+paste it from the video description. This will motivate more
people to click the link instead of thinking to themselves "What the hell is it
all about?".
That's good netiquette and good marketing.
