[Wikimedia-l] Erik Zachte on bot-generated articles

These criteria do not address the quality of the article.
How about a "not counted as an article" category for stub articles of all 
kinds, whether generated by bot or human, to be removed when the article 
reaches a reasonable standard of usefulness?
