Thank you very much for starting this discussion and publishing this.
In the past I've had a really hard time finding some data, e.g. for 2009 
all I found is this: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimania_2009#Expenses

WMIT travel costs are, I believe, detailed enough in the annual 
financial report, so I hope it won't be too hard to collect such data.
(I've taken the liberty to do some copyediting.)

I also think that full details should be disclosed on wikimaniateam 
wiki, internal wiki or whatever, so that future teams know.
