[Wikimedia-l] Wikivoyage project launch/migration update

Exciting stuff!

Don't forget to provision .m domains for wikivoyage if a mobile version is
expected (I imagine it is). As a side note, it would be great if
provisioning .m domains was sop for setting up new domains.
