Michael, you put this so well. I second that 100% (including the
alliterative omen).
I feel lucky to have worked with Phoebe and Arne, who have brought
such care and energy to the board. And this year's chapter selection
process felt inspiring and open - a chance for the whole community to
reflect together.
May all of our consensus-building run so smoothly.
