I wondered what Risker was referring to as well, so I looked up IPv6 +
privacy: <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPv6#Privacy>.
After reading that section, it's still unclear to me whether IPv6 is
significantly more privacy invasive than IPv4.
