Greetings from Wikimania!

At its board meeting on 11 July 2012, the Wikimedia Foundation Board of
Trustees passed the following resolutions:

This resolution approves management's proposed 2012-13 annual plan, and
also directs the Executive Director to carry out an assessment of the
Foundation's programs and strategic priorities.

This resolution approves the initial operation and charter of the Funds
Dissemination Committee.
