At the same time, Wiki is not a trademarked term and the term 
"Foundation" is a pretty usual one as well (in particular if it is 
indeed a Foundation...).

It is certainly sufficient to dismiss any confusion if they do not use 
our logos, our colors and do not try to pretend they somehow are 
affiliated.
