[Wikimedia-l] WCA questionnaire

Hello,

Please be invited to a questionnaire about the new Wikimedia Chapters
Association. We would like to know what people from the Wikimedia
movement think about its tasks and about some other issues.

We don't know how long the discussions will take, and they won't be
exhaustive and shouldn't prevent us from other proceedings. But it
might be a useful way to find out more about the opinions within the
Wikimedia movement.
