[Foundation-l] help.wikimedia.org - Q&A site

I'm unclear from a legal perspective how this presents a "nightmare". In what ways do volunteers responding to Q&A's about Wikimedia projects and content present great challenges than existing efforts like enWP's Reference Desk and MW.org's Support desk?

In regards to answers.yahoo.com - I think you may be misinterpreting the proposed initial scope.
