Innovation is a key factor of Wikimedia movement. But do we have
any innovation campaigns
to encourage small innovative projects around the world? If we have, sorry
for my spam.

I have a small project to promote Chinese Wikipedia ( http://wikiedge.org ),
and I need fundings.
