[Foundation-l] Update on outreach projects

Thanks for the update Frank.

A quick question: by "significantly increase the quality of Wikipedia's
articles in a particular subject area", do you mean it will develop
something that will help volunteers improve a specific content area, or do
you mean direct work in say, GLAMs or schools?
