[Foundation-l] Relocation update

Well, maybe just consider that this is an internet organization, and
the most obvious way to reach them is not really by visiting them...
So 1/ there is no need, and 2/ it only brings potential threats of
people who want to show off in the hope they get removed from
wikipedia (and I know of a few people who might be bold enough to try
to intimidate like that). Don't take risks if you don't have to.
