Or profound proof that a small project should never have just one
active admin at a time. Two admins can keep each other in check, and
"defy" each other without fear of being banned or blocked. Is there a
way to automatically list all projects that have only one admin? Such
a list might be a good starting point to route out abuse situations in
our smaller and more silent projects.
