More precisely at least over 18 and also over the age of majority in
the jurisdiction they reside (e.g. in Japan, whose age of majority is
20, no 19 cannot volunteer etc.).

Practically I support not to make it so complicated. This kind of IP
address / account connections were discussed on the committee mailing
list, cced to checkuser-l last year. If this year team have such under
18 people, it may be the risk there eventually get the information the
Foundation Policy explictly says not to publish to them, I'm afraid.

Last year, ComProj was asked for help, and some offered (thank,
Schite!). The rest of community members will be able and willing to
help Eleccom even outside of the committee, I expect.
