accept this condition?

Also I need to say, you seem to assume English only survey is enough.
But if you mean "Wikimedia survey", it wouldn't. It should be
multilingual to be "Wikimedia" survey unless you are particularly
interested in English speaking readership. It will be really a big
deal. While UNU-Merit / WMF is survey is being prepared, I am not sure
if it doesn't just duplicate works.
