Hoi,
When you have a EULA to deal with, you are typically talking about
proprietary software. So you should not assume that you have the Freedom to
do whatever. Then again, you will not hear me say that this is a license
violation.. I leave it to people who care to study this and come with a more
reasoned opinion.
