Well - in fact you can be not happy with the current state of
organization or even think that current Board is leading the entire
organization in wrong direction - but still be devoted to the general
idea of Wikimedia projects. If you'd like let to candidate only people
who always say  they are happy with current Board's direction and
decisions you are about to get rid of all the people with different
point of view, who are brave enough to communicate it... Criticism of
what the current Board is doing is IMHO very important - and should
not be called automatically "negative attitude".
