Totally agreed.
I don't find any demerit to have WMF as American registered
corporation as long as it is oblidged to follow American laws. But if
it implies also to "abide by American standard", and it means directly
not to reimburse necessary and additional cost to serve the Board,
such as childcare, I say, we seek another soil which agree such
expense is considered not only legally but also ethically acceptable.
I hope so it is not, and it is only of Dan Rosenthal as individual. I
would therefore love to hear our new legal counsel & coordinator.
