In response to your non-sequitur I have no difficulty sitting back and 
doing nothing while I'm waiting for them to do the kind of act you 
speculate about.  That should guarantee me a nice long rest.  In the 
event that the Board really does something like that I have absolute 
faith in the community's ability to make enough noise to wake me up.
