Hoi,
You are trying to make it overly simple. You will agree that we are
being hampered in our aim when our content is blocked. I did not say
that we should abandon our NPOV. The subject of this thread was NC and
fair use. In that light both are problematic from a legal point of view.
Given that both are controversial in the first place because they do
harm our cause it is not that difficult to come to the conclusion that
we are better off without NC and fair use.
