By the way, I have no idea where those two numbers came from.  I've
seen http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/What_we_need_the_money_for,
but nowhere on that page do I see where the monthly operating expenses
are budgeted at $275,000.

Does the board plan on following the auditor's recommendation, and if so, how?
