I agree with Erik on this. I do not consider that our goal is limited to 
build a resource, but also to make it available to the largest number of 
people on Earth.
For this, we can lower three main barriers. The financial barrier (we 
lower the cost of access to the maximum), the language barrier (we give 
people the opportunity to access language in their mother language), and 
the re-use barrier (we allow others to reuse the content).

To my opinion, the multilingualism, the free licence and the free of 
charge access are part of the Foundation mission.
