Bandwidth is very much a concern because they cost money. Saying that 
these concerns do not exist while we are doing a fund-raiser  that needs 
to get us $1.500.000,- is a bit naff.  Then again, as I said in the 
past, Kennisnet has offered to consider hosting video. They have even 
included the ogg movie formats to their application if I remember well. 
You may remember, Kennisnet, the organisation that does much of our 
European traffic for the WMF ??

I am sure you base this confidence on the fact that our needs grow not 
quite as exponentially as the growth we are achieving in the 
provisioning of our services. I am really happy that you recognise a lot 
of "low hanging fruits" .. this will help as we need more of them as it is.
