Hey Ant,

That's really good, maybe we can get some help from the OLPC people?, I 
remember some news and video about them being in really good standing 
with the UN and other governments like Brazil's, India's and others for 
the one laptop per child project. And I also heard they were going to 
use Wikipedia as the encyclopedia on the laptop. Plus I remember them 
being part of Wikimania 2006, so, if we are in good standing with them 
and they are great people, maybe they can help us out getting in touch 
with the right people at the UN?.
