That was your precise text I quoted. What part are you claiming I have altered?

Then answer the questions, please, rather than taking an attitude of
arrogant dismissal (as you have throughout this discussion) that I do
think can accurately be summarised as "fuck you"
I have put these as simply as I can. Are you able to answer them at all?
Do you acknowledge that it was put in place because of a real problem?

Do you acknowledge that the problems stated in this thread exist or
are thought to exist?
[ ] Yes
[ ] No
Do you have any solutions for these problems other than every
administrator on every language Wikipedia being required to learn
every script used on Wikipedia to be able to effectively be an
administrator on their own-language Wikipedia?
[ ] Yes, my solution is ...
[ ] No, if I've learnt all these scripts and installed all these fonts
they can too
[ ] No (some other reason ...)
Are you able to answer even "yes or no" questions trying to discern
your position as being anything other than arrogant dismissal?
