Like the German Wikipedia DVD that Wikimedia Deutschland put out. It
seems this sort of thing is anticipated in the agreement:
"4.7. Commercial use of the Wikimedia name, logo, or localised logo
shall be subject to the terms of a separate trademark agreement
between the two parties."
and, with respect to other marks such as the Wikipedia logo:
"5.3. Commercial use of these additional marks shall be subject to the
terms of a separate trademark agreement between the two parties."
