[Foundation-l] Community project?

That is why I mentioned to TCPLs as a similar project and their effort
to build up teams on meta, where we can see good examples how people
who are unfamiliar with meta are organized, building a community
covering two or more projects (meta, wp sometimes other ...).  In my
observation keys are devout promoters and at least one visible place
where they can gather up and have communications. Meta awareness is a
problem but not serious,  you can intereact with existent editors'
community and if necessary can invite your friends, just as Drini did
on the Spanish community during the Election.
