[Foundation-l] Community project?

Well, I guess the problem is twofold:
Meta is not well known enough, and its not a big help either if the creators
of local resources don't know, where to share their work.
Its actually a bit in need of clean-up : half of the skins should be on
mediawiki.org, shouldn't they?
