hanks for the suggestion, but, uh, quite the contrary.  
Telecommuting/remote workplaces are not novel, nor are redirected phone 
lines.  Personal acquaintances of mine have been working virtually since 
at least 1994; I'm sure there are other examples that date back 
further.  That was when a 14.4Kb modem was smoking hot.  The entire 
customer support industry of US-based software firms has been exported, 
mostly to India.  "The World Is Flat" by Thomas Friedman comes 
immediately to mind.  The office presently uses VoIP technology now.

Right now we need to keep the functions clear - we need help with the 
things like phone, mail, faxes - that are typical office functions.  
They are more efficient if kept concentrated.  For now.
