No, no... I don't want this to be thought of as the reason I'm away.  I 
am not well at the moment, and need to take a step back for a while.  At 
my level of addiction, that's not going to be easy of course... this 
morning I've already checked the mailing lists, looked over OTRS, had a 
quick look at the current arbitration cases and logged in to IRC... but 
I need to know at least that I'm not /expected/ to be doing anything for 
a while.  I'm not sure how long I'll be away, or how away I'll be, that 
depends on my health.

I don't think the new OTRS set up is wise or helpful, but it's certainly 
not the reason I'm taking a break.
