[Foundation-l] Scaling the wiki, can we learn from Google?

In light of the fact that one of the major issues for the Wikimedia 
Foundation is developing its network of servers, I thought I would point 
out the following article I recently ran across:

I don't know how helpful it is to those doing the actual work, but to a 
technological ignoramus like myself it gives an idea of the issues we're 
looking at in the future, and some of the solutions we may need to consider.
