[Foundation-l] Wikimedia Commons support enabled on all wikis

I think you misunderstood Erik here. When he said "Commons image
page", he meant the image page on a 'local' wiki for an image on
Commons. He is saying that the licensing information should be on
Commons.

Erik, please watch your words. It's only because I knew what you meant
that I did not make the same misreading that Delirium made.
