[Wikimedia-in-en] GA master class - Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi #2

Because this is how wiki links are rendered when they are on the same page.

For example, if you insert "[[Kerala]]" into the text somewhere in the
article on Kerala, the wiki link gets displayed as bold text instead.
