[Wikimedia-in-blr] Some good news - One confirmed venue offer, expecting another by tomorrow

A good development!

We have confirmation from of one venue offer from Inuit.
And NIAS will confirm tomorrow by 11 AM. Spoke to  Director who was very
supportive.

More later in the evening call.

Now to get the content engine moving.
