[Wikimedia-DC] Wikis in the classroom: US International Relations Programs

In a recent survey of US scholars of International Relations and
related fields by the Institute for the Theory and Practice of
International Relations at the College of William and Mary
(http://irtheoryandpractice.wm.edu/), for the question that asked
"Which of the following have you cited in your scholarship and/or used
as a teaching/grading tool?" 13.46% said they used "Wiki, such as
Wikipedia" in scholarship, and 52.36% said they used it for Teaching.

In addition, 14.6% of respondents said "I allow students to cite
Wikipedia entries in research papers." and 6.96% said "I have edited a
Wikipedia entry related to my area of expertise.
