[Wikimania-l] Wikimania 2012: The Visas Issue

Mateus, Esplanada is there for this. If you are a brazilian editor you
"MUST" know and follow pt.wiki esplanada (unless, of course, you're outside
the country and edit en.wiki, es.wiki or fr.wiki (or any other) and in this
case, the rules for visa are different).

And I'm completely against restrict scholarships based in visa.
