I think a press release would be better if it brought something really new,
since then the value to media is higher. Then you can play the media, and
make sure also the ones that are paying attention get the information you
want them to get. Two times half a story make less chance to the paper then
one good one.

Not sure if we have enough time to arrange a poll. Perhaps you could delay
